We rent a variety of soft play party equipment such as padded climb and slide structure, rocker, car, ball pit, plastic balls, play blocks, and a bouncy house. All rental packages come with soft padded mats and fences.
Cancellations must be made 14 days prior to your event for a full refund. There will be no refund if cancellations are made within 14 business days from your event date, however the deposit you paid to secure the date, can be credited for a future reservation.
Playful Pixies have the right to cancel due to weather conditions that may cause damage to the equipments, but we also understand that the weather forecast can be unpredictable. Our advice is to plan your event accordingly with an indoor space as "Plan B" and check the weather during the week of your event. If rain is in the forecast, an indoor space is definitely needed. We will try our best to accommodate you if locations need to be changed (ie: from outdoors to indoors), we just ask that you communicate it with us at least 3 days before the event.
Our equipment is cleaned and sanitized before set up, at set up, and after your event. We use non-toxic disinfectants to clean our equipment.
To avoid damage and keep the equipment in pristine condition, a clean, dry, flat leveled surface such as concrete, tiled floor, short grass, artificial turf or indoor space is required.
The bounce house and soft play equipments, including mats and fences, will not be set up on gravel, mud, dirt, or sand under any circumstances.
To uphold equipment preservation standards, a cleaning fee of up to $150 shall be included in your outstanding balance. This fee, clearly outlined in your invoice will be refunded within 1 to 2 business days following the return of the equipment in its pristine state. Nevertheless, should the equipment be returned with stains or damages, the cleaning fee will be withheld as compensation. Notification of any such damages will be provided to the customer in advance. Please keep in mind refunds can take 5-7 business days to show up on your credit card.
A security deposit of 30% has to be paid upon booking to confirm and secure your reservation.
Once you've decided which package to book, you MUST read our Terms and Conditions and read and sign our "Rental Agreement" before moving forward with booking (both can be found on the Side Bar Menu). It is of the utmost importance that you understand and agree to these terms before renting from Playful Pixies LLC.
Depending on which package you rent, we request that you give us a maximum of 2 hours to set up and pick up after the event.
As the renter of the soft play equipments, you are required to discuss with the vendor owner or manager of the venue whether Playful Pixies LLC can set up two hours prior to the event. Any additional charges imposed by the venue for early setup are the responsibility of the client, who must pay any associated fees.
Because it takes about an hour or so to pack up, our final pick up time will be at 7pm. Please keep this in mind when booking your party, that the "end time" for your event can't exceed past 7pm.
